After several years of collaboration and shared values, the companies MIBCON SK s. r. o. and INFORMA a.s., both members of the MIBCON Group a.s., announced their intention to merge and continue to operate as the company MIBFORMA a.s. The merger of the two companies is the result of a long-term partnership and focus on innovations in the field of information systems.
"During cooperation on numerous projects, we decided to merge and continue to operate together under MIBFORMA a.s. As the successor company, MIBFORMA a.s. automatically enters into all contractual relationships previously concluded by INFORMA a.s. and MIBCON SK s. r. o." said Juraj Vojtko, managing director of MIBCON SK s. r. o., chairman of the board of INFORMA a.s. and member of the board of MIBFORMA a.s.
"Contractual relations with existing customers and business partners remain valid and are transferred to the MIBFORMA a.s. company" explained J. Vojtko. The company MIBFORMA a.s. will become the primary contractual partner for all existing and new clients of both companies as of 2024.
The company MIBFORMA a.s. will also replace both companies in the structure of the MIBCON Group a.s. After the completion of all legislative and legal steps of the merger, the companies INFORMA a.s. and MIBCON SK s. r. o. will cease to exist.
